1. Please go to our website, app.aggregion.com or my.aggregion.com.
2. Click on the “Forgot Password" button (green arrow on Exhibit 1).

3. A window will open prompting you to enter the email account you used to register your account (red arrow on Exhibit 2).

4. Click on the “Reset Password" button (green arrow on Exhibit 2).
5. Instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address indicated.
6. In the email received, click on the “Reset Password" button (blue arrow on Exhibit 3).

7. Enter your new password in the field marked with a red arrow on Exhibit 4.
8. Click on the “Set New Password" button (green arrow on Exhibit 4).

9. You will be automatically rerouted to a page confirming that the password has been reset successfully (Exhibit 5).
