Activation to an Existing Microsoft User


Once your organization’s account at the Microsoft Partner Center is created, a leter will be sent to your email address containing a link to your personal page where you could activated the licenses to self or transfer them to your students. 

1. Click on the link provided in the letter (blue arrow on Exhibit 1) or go there through my.aggregion.com.

2. Click on the Activate tab (green arrow on Exhibit 2).

Activating Content to Self

1. To activate Microsoft content to self, click on the Activate to Self button (green arrow on Exhibit 3).

2. When activating Microsoft content, you can change the date the license becomes active. 

3. To do that, uncheck the Maximum Term box and select the desired date you would like your license period to begin running on (Exhibit 4).

Activation Involving Creation of a New Microsoft User

1. If you have never activated Microsoft content to self before, in the “I activate Microsoft license on” column, select To a New User (blue arrow on Exhibit 5). 

2. Enter the Name of the Microsoft User (green arrow on Exhibit 5). Once you enter your selected user name, it will be checked to make sure it is available. If this verification is successful, the “The username will be created” message will be displayed. 

3. Click on the “Assign" button (red arrow on Exhibit 5).

Activation to an Existing Microsoft User

1. If you have already activated Microsoft content to self before, in the “I activate Microsoft license on” column, select To an Existing User (blue arrow on Exhibit 6). 

2. Enter the Name of the Microsoft User (green arrow on Exhibit 6). The user name you entered will be checked to make sure it is available. If this verification is successful, the “The username is found” message will be displayed.

3. Click on the Assign button.

4. The user to whom Microsoft content has been issued will receive an email with a link to an appropriate Microsoft page with his or her information to get authorized (Exhibit 7).

Activating Content to a Different User

1. To activate Microsoft content to a different user, click on the Transfer button (green arrow on Exhibit 8).

2. When activating Microsoft content, you can change the date the license becomes active. 

3. To do that, uncheck the Maximum Term box and select the desired date you would like the license period to begin running on (Exhibit 9).

1. Enter the content recipient’s email address (purple arrow on Exhibit 10). 

2. If you have never activated Microsoft content to any of your employees or students before, in the “I activate Microsoft license on” column, select To a New User (blue arrow on Exhibit 10). 

3. Enter the Name of the Microsoft User (green arrow on Exhibit 10). Once you enter that user name, it will be checked to make sure it is available. If this verification is successful, the “The username will be created” message will be displayed. 

4. If desired, you can add the new user’s first and last names (black arrows on Exhibit 10). 

5. To add additional users, click on the "Add E-mail" button (yellow arrow on Exhibit 10). Repeat steps 1 to 4 for another user. You could add any number of users desired in this manner. 

6. Click on the “Assign" button (red arrow on Exhibit 10).
