Once a catalogue item is created, you need to tie some content to it.
Files may be uploaded from Storage or directly from a device. Only "Book" or "Video" files may be added. Content is encrypted at the time it is tied to a catalogue item. Integration with the Aggregion platform allows the copyright holder to automate content uploading.
Adding Files
1. To add files to a catalogue item, click on the Edit symbol (see the blue arrow on the screenshot below (Exhibit 1)) in the "Catalogue" tab or click the left button of your mouse to the name of the catalogue item.

2. Select "Files" (red arrow on Exhibit 2 below).

3. Upload files directly from your device or select from files previously uploaded into storage.

Uploading Files from a Device
1. Select "Upload Files" (red arrow on Exhibit 3 below).
2. Select "File Upload" from the drop-down menu (blue arrow on Exhibit 4 below).

3. Select the file desired. Types of files supported are indicated in the file upload window.
4. Click on the "Open" button (red arrow on Exhibit 5 below).

5. Click on the "Save" button (blue arrow on Exhibit 6 below).

6. Wait for the pink strip (green arrow on Exhibit 6) to turn all green. This will mean the upload is complete. The window will close automatically.
7. When uploading from a device, the file version will be selected automatically (orange arrow on Exhibit 7 below).

8. Wait for the file to upload. The "Status" field (blue arrow on Exhibit 7) will show the update progress.
File encryption may take a few minutes, so please, make sure that the status changed to "Uploaded" before proceeding.
9. The file can be downloaded to the device if needed by clicking “Download” button (red arrow on Exhibit 7).
Uploading Files from Storage
1. Click on the "Chose from the Storage" button (green arrow on Exhibit 3).
2. Enter file version (for example, 1.0) in the field marked with a blue arrow on Exhibit 8 below.

3. Select the file desired from the list (red arrow on Exhibit 8).
4. Click on the "Add File" button (green arrow on Exhibit 8).
5. Wait for the file to upload. The "Status" field (blue arrow on Exhibit 9) will show the update progress.

6. The file can be downloaded to the device if needed by clicking “Download” button (red arrow on Exhibit 9).

Deleting Files
1. Deleting Files from Catalogue Items
To delete a file, select it as shown on Exhibit 10 and press "Remove" button (green arrow on Exhibit 10). Please note that deleting a file will not delete it from the system altogether but rather "untie" it from the catalogue item. The file will still remain available in the storage.
